Connecting your Pinterest account
To connect your Pinterest account to dlvr.it, log into the account you want to connect before starting — dlvr.it connects to whichever account is currently active in your browser.
Business accounts. If you have a Pinterest Business account linked to your personal account, switch to the correct one first: in Pinterest, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select the account you want, then head back to dlvr.it to complete the connection.
Connecting multiple accounts. You can connect multiple Pinterest accounts. To avoid connecting the wrong one, log into the correct account in another browser tab before connecting each one.

Publishing to Pinterest
dlvr.it automatically publishes new content to your Pinterest boards when items appear in your connected source. A few things worth knowing:
Character limit. Pin descriptions can be up to 500 characters.
Daily posting limit. dlvr.it can publish up to 25 posts per 24 hours to a single Pinterest account.
Boards. When setting up your route in dlvr.it, choose which Pinterest board your content publishes to. You can select a different board for each route, including secret boards (see the FAQ).
Hashtags. Pinterest doesn’t hyperlink hashtags, so any hashtags in your post content appear as plain text and aren’t clickable.

Adding a custom video thumbnail
By default, dlvr.it uses the first frame of your video as the thumbnail. To set a custom thumbnail:
Once your video has finished uploading, click Edit Thumbnail.
Drag the slider to the frame you’d like to use as the cover image.
Click Save.

FAQ
Can dlvr.it post to secret boards? Yes — you can publish to boards marked as secret in Pinterest. Select the secret board when configuring your route in dlvr.it.
Can I use Pinterest as a content source in dlvr.it? No — Pinterest is currently supported as a publishing destination only. See Supported channels in dlvr.it for the full list of supported sources.
What if my Pinterest account isn’t showing up when I try to connect? Make sure you’re logged into the correct Pinterest account in your browser before connecting. If you have a Business account, confirm you’ve selected it from the Pinterest account switcher before heading back to dlvr.it.
What if my Pinterest connection stops working? Access tokens can expire after a password change or a Pinterest security update. See Reconnecting a social channel in dlvr.it for steps to restore the connection.
Can I tag or mention other Pinterest profiles in my posts? No — tagging or mentioning other Pinterest profiles isn’t currently supported.
