Using dlvr.it won't violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service — automating posts through third-party tools is permitted for legitimate publishing activity.

Connecting multiple LinkedIn accounts: You can connect multiple LinkedIn Pages and profiles to dlvr.it. If you manage several LinkedIn Pages across different dlvr.it accounts, it's best to have one Super Admin handle the connections for each account — this helps avoid pages unexpectedly disconnecting.

LinkedIn profiles are personal accounts LinkedIn expects personal profiles to share authentic, individually-created content. Using profiles for broad automated publishing goes against that expectation and increases suspension risk. LinkedIn Pages are a safer choice for high-volume automated publishing.
