1. What's supported on Google Business Profiles

2. Before you connect — what you need to know
Two things are required before you can connect:
Your Google Business Profile must be verified with Google
You must be logged into the Google account linked to your Google Business Profile
If your profile isn't verified yet, complete that process in Google Business Profile first, then come back to connect it to dlvr.it.
3. Connecting your Google Business Profile
In dlvr.it, go to Social Pages and select Google Business Profile.

Log in with the Google account that has access to your Business Profile and follow the authorization steps.

Select the Business Profile you want to connect and confirm.

You can connect multiple Google Business Profiles to a single dlvr.it account.

4. Publishing to Google Business Profile
dlvr.it automatically publishes new content to your Google Business Profile when items appear in your connected source. Here's what to know:
Post types
dlvr.it supports the following Google Business Profile post types: What's New, Offer, and Event.
Character limit
1,500 characters per post.
Daily posting limit
dlvr.it can publish up to 50 posts per 24 hours to a single Google Business Profile.
A few limitations to be aware of
Google does not allow phone numbers to be included in posts
Hashtags are not clickable on Google Business Profiles — they'll appear as plain text
Mentions and tagging are not supported on Google Business Profiles
CTA (call to action) buttons cannot be added to posts at this time
Event and Offer post timezones
Times for Event and Offer posts use the local timezone of your Google Business Profile location. For example, if your profile is set to a New York location and you schedule an event for 7PM, it will publish at 7PM Eastern time.

5. Image specifications
Google Business Profiles support images only — GIFs and videos are not supported via the API.

Does my Google Business Profile need to be verified before I can connect it? Yes — Google requires your profile to be verified before third-party tools like dlvr.it can publish to it. Complete verification in Google Business Profile first, then connect to dlvr.it.
Can I connect multiple Google Business Profiles? Yes — you can connect as many verified Google Business Profiles as your dlvr.it plan allows.
Can I use a Google Business Profile as a content source in dlvr.it? No — Google Business Profile is currently supported as a publishing destination only.
Why aren't my hashtags linking in my posts? Google does not support clickable hashtags on Business Profile posts. Any hashtags in your content will appear as plain text — this is a Google platform limitation, not a dlvr.it issue.
What if my Google Business Profile connection stops working? Access tokens can expire after a Google account password change or security update. See Reconnecting a social channel in dlvr.it for steps to restore the connection.
