Sign in with a link instead of a password
You don’t need a password to get in — we can email you a link that signs you in directly.
On the sign-in page, click Email me a sign-in link. It sits just below the password field.
This opens the Sign in with email screen. Enter your email address and click Email me a sign-in link.
We’ll confirm that the link is on its way, and show you the address we sent it to. Check that address is right before you go looking in your inbox — a typo here is the most common reason a link never turns up.
You can also go straight to app.dlvrit.com/login/autologin and skip the sign-in page. This is the quickest way back into your account, and it works whether or not you’ve ever set a password.
If the sign-in link didn’t arrive
Re-read the address on the confirmation screen. We show you exactly where we sent it. A typo, or an old work address, means the email went somewhere you can’t reach — click Back to sign-in and try again with the correct address.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm the address has a dlvr.it account. We only send links to addresses that do. If you’re not sure which one you used, see Not sure which email you used? below.
Request a fresh link. Each link is single-use and temporary, so an older one may no longer work — always open the most recent email.
When social sign-in isn’t working
dlvr.it offers Sign in with Google, Sign in with Facebook, and Sign in with X (formerly Twitter). If the one you normally use isn’t working, you have two ways around it.
Sign in with your email address instead. Enter your email and password on the same sign-in page. This works as long as you’ve set a password.
Never set a password? Create one at app.dlvrit.com/login/forgot. Use the same email address as the social account you normally sign in with, so it reaches the right dlvr.it account. Once the password is set, you can sign in by email any time.
Or skip passwords entirely and request a sign-in link (see above) — again, to the email address tied to your social account.
Setting a password is safe
Setting a password doesn’t disconnect your social sign-in or affect any of your connected social accounts. It just gives you a second way in.
Not sure which email you used?
We can find your account for you. Get in touch and include at least one of the following, and we’ll send a sign-in link to the email address on file so you can get straight back in:
A social profile connected to the account — a Facebook Page, an X handle, or similar.
An invoice number, or the last four digits of the card on the account, if you’re on a paid plan.
