1. Get a sign-in link by email
If you've forgotten your password or just want a quick way back in, dlvr.it can email you a sign-in link — no password required.
Visit app.dlvrit.com/login/autologin, enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to access your account straight away.

2. Reset your password
To set a new password, log into your account and visit app.dlvrit.com/account. Find the Password Login section, enter your new password, and click Save.
If you're locked out and can't log in at all, you can request a password reset at app.dlvrit.com/login/forgot.

3. Can't log in with Google, Facebook or X / Twitter
If you normally sign in with Google, Facebook, X / Twitter but that option isn't working, you can always log in using your email address and password instead.
Never set up a password? No problem — visit app.dlvrit.com/login/forgot to create one. Once your password is set, you'll be able to log in with your email address at any time, even if social login isn't available.

4. Forgot the email address you signed up with?
If you can't remember which email address you used to create your dlvr.it account, our support team can help you track it down. To identify your account, please provide at least one of the following when you get in touch:
One or more social profiles connected to the account (for example, a Facebook Page or X / Twitter handle)
An invoice number or the last four digits of the credit card on the account (for paid accounts)
Once we've located your account, we'll send a sign-in link to the email address on file so you can get back in straight away.
