How it works

If you're not satisfied with dlvr.it within the first 14 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund. The guarantee applies to first-time dlvr.it users on their first payment only — renewals and subsequent payments are not eligible.


How to request a refund

To receive your refund, get in touch with our support team within 14 days of your first payment. Please include enough detail for us to locate your account — at least one of the following:

  • The email address associated with your dlvr.it account

  • Your invoice number

  • The last four digits of the credit card charged, along with the payment amount and payment date

Important: Cancelling your account online does not automatically trigger a refund. You must contact our support team directly to request one.

Once we receive your request, we'll cancel your service and process your refund promptly.


Good to know

dlvr.it reserves the right to deny refund requests at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued in cases involving abuse of this policy or where there has been heavy use of the dlvr.it system prior to the request.
